Greetings–from Amsterdam!

by Parker on June 2, 2010

Hey Everyone! Alright, so I’m currently in Amsterdam this week doing my live seminar known as: The Masterclass Program: The one-stop shop into becoming a 24/7 Attractive Person.

The Masterclass Program is held twice a year and is designed to cover everything that howtomingle.com  is known for:

  • Self Development
  • Conversation
  • Dating
  • Relationship Management

My first Masterclass was held a year ago and I’m proud to say that the program has had great success ever since.

Because this is a Master Class week, I regret that I won’t be updating as usual. But look at this as a blessing, instead of giving you guys the usual “tips and advice,” we’re going to get krazy by steering away from the normal curriculum. I will be documenting my time here and the personal struggles and achievements that my clients go through during my programs week. Oh!–Along with our escapades of having fun and bringing all sorts new quality people into our lives.

This is the first time I’ve ever documented a program on a daily basis so I’m very excited-!

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

This program is broken up into 3-sections in a week’s time-span:

The first few days is about personal development

I essentially tackle how everyone one of us has had traumatic experiences during our adolescent years, and it is those crucial events during those vital years that affect our everyday choices–whether we know it or not(and most of us don’t).

It’s from learning about our past that can we fix our present selves, once my clients come to terms with their past, they become aware, thus taking the first steps towards making mental notes to kill bad habits they weren’t aware of before.

In the Middle of The Week

The middle of the week is all about Conversational Break Down, and Relationship Management:

  • Make a conversation about any topic
  • Guide conversations towards a positive outcome
  • Relate quickly to strangers
  • Learn how to charm Groups of people
  • Begin conversations on solid ground
  • Understand and use the “three perspectives” effectively
  • Escalate conversations towards a desired outcome
  • Learn engaging storytelling technique
  • Direct others without creating resentment
  • Inspire people to open up to you
  • Make people laugh
  • Deal with conversational ’surprises’
  • Control and project positive vibes
  • Weave dramatic tension into your conversations

All these techniques are taught in 3 main different scenarios:

  1. Approaching strangers
  2. Social Gatherings
  3. Friends and family

It’s during this time where I teach my clients How To Manage Their Relationships

Life isn’t just about meeting and mingling, but also about  keeping in touch with people after you’ve gotten their “info”. Once you’ve met a new friend, lover/contact, how do you go about evolving them into your life? This is taught during in the Manage Relationships Portion of the Program.

Relationship management is very important, everything you do:  making people laugh, charming them, relating to others… is so that you have made such a great impression, that people would be nuts to not give you their contact info!  After that, it’s all about Relationship Management.

Once this happens, me and my clients  break into the real world, create and meet new friends in various social gatherings that I’ve had in stored, where my clients are put in situations where they get real world practice.

By the end of the week

I normally I don’t even hear from my clients because they are all too busy having fun mingling with the locals whom they have met during their week with me in Amsterdam.

My clients, usually immersed themselves within a new city to the point of becoming locals themselves–going on parties, dates, you name it!  And that’s when I know that I’ve done my job–when my clients can approach any situation not as insiders, not outsiders, but as themselves and have people love them for it.

Hi Musa,
Yiep, there is lots to learn, lots to learn my friend. On my live workshops, you will learn a whole whirlwind of new concepts that would realistically take me atleast 50+ pages to write, all in a span of 2 days.

I look forward to having you in my private instruction in the next coming up months.

Cheers!

This sounds like a fantastic course, I can definitely see why it would be popular. Somewhere along the line we seem to have forgotten many of these skills!

Thank you for recognizing that :)

This is great, Parker. Continually creating a grander and grander version of ourselves is what it is all about. I’ve taken many master classes over the years and have found them to be invaluable. Over my 30 years of study I have attended classes with Werner Earhart, Tony Robbins, Ram Das…

I’m sure you will come out with even more expertise and gifts to offer to the world. You are right on target and moving straight forward.

Parker: Sounds like a very interesting class. I think everyone needs to know how to become a 24/7 Attractive Person. I actually found my way to your blog from CYT and the comment you left on my guest post. You have done some really cool things here with your blog. Have a great week in Amsterdam.

Hi Sibyle,

Thank you for the compliment! I really appreciate the support, as you may already know… everyone, no matter how much success they achieve will always have those inner thoughts in their head saying doubtful things like, “Are you sure what you’re doing makes a difference?”

I appreciate it!

Thank-you!
